2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased directly from Salons Matrix.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or engraved instruments.
  • Used or sterilized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
  • Clearance or special-discount items marked “non-returnable.”

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
  4. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.

5. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. If approved, a replacement, credit note, or refund will be issued within 7–14 business days. If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may send it back at the customer’s expense.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
  • All shipping costs related to defective items will be covered by customers.
